We are looking for a Returns Manager to come join the 4Wall team! What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for ensuring returning gear is properly documented, as well as working directly with sales teams and asset teams to manage missing and damaged equipment returning from shows. The position also requires frequent communication with the company’s clients. What you bring to the table: Our ideal candidate will have Understanding and knowledge of theatrical lighting, staging, rigging, and entertainment equipment, will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to learn new software and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel. What you should know:This position is full time.
