Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work on various maintenance tasks.
Duties:
- Supervise and perform maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking work orders and inventory
- Demonstrate leadership skills in coordinating maintenance activities
- Conduct electrical work, including wiring and troubleshooting
- Weld, fabricate, and maintain structures as needed
- Interpret and work from schematics for repairs and installations
Skills:
- Proficiency in supervising maintenance tasks
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Experience with CMMS software for efficient maintenance management
- Leadership abilities to coordinate maintenance projects effectively
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
- Welding skills for fabrication and repair work
- Ability to maintain and repair electrical systems
- Proficiency in fabricating structures based on specifications
- Interpretation of schematics for accurate installations and repairs
