Purpose: The Studio Manager’s role is to create a positive member experience and to drive overall business growth.
Functional Accountabilities:
- Manage and evaluate the performance of operations staff members
- Manage scheduling and subbing for play lounge childcare staff and shifts
- Exceed studio sales quotas
- Execute the studio sales process and systems and support staff in the sales process
- Recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling of studio staff
- Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI's), revenue goals and leadership goals
