Purpose: The Studio Manager’s role is to create a positive member experience and to drive overall business growth. 

Functional Accountabilities: 

• Manage and evaluate the performance of operations staff members 
• Manage scheduling and subbing for play lounge childcare staff and shifts
• Exceed studio sales quotas
• Execute the studio sales process and systems and support staff in the sales process
• Recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling of studio staff
• Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI's), revenue goals and leadership goals
