Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our sales representatives and customers. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with our sales reps and customers via phone, and email to handle all aspects of logistics
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and patience.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to maintain a positive tone during interactions.
- Basic sales skills to identify upselling opportunities.
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
