We are seeking a skilled and experienced Airless Paint Sprayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with airless spray equipment and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality finishes. This role involves working on a variety of projects, ensuring efficient and precise application of paints and coatings.
Compensation is based on experience but starts at $25/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Operate airless paint spraying equipment to apply paint and coatings to various surfaces
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including masking, sanding, and cleaning
- Mix and match paint colors to meet project specifications
- Ensure even and consistent application of paint, avoiding overspray and ensuring smooth finishes
- Maintain and troubleshoot spray equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Complete projects within the specified timeframes and to the highest quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Airless Paint Sprayer
- Proficiency in using airless spray equipment and related tools
- Knowledge of various paints, coatings, and surface preparation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
