**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced painter who shares our passion for delivering exceptional results. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the painting process, from surface preparation to final finishing touches. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, you will play a key role in ensuring that every project meets our high standards of excellence. WE ARE WORKING ON THE SCHREIVER SFB, AN ENHANCED LICENSE/ REAL ID AND NO CRIMINAL BACKGROUND IS REQUIRED.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and patching as needed

- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers

- Follow project specifications and color schemes to achieve desired results

- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and care of tools and equipment

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a painter, with a minimum of 2 years in residential and/or commercial painting

- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools

- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- OSHA certification and knowledge of safety protocols preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
