Our dynamic team seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our insurance company clients and policyholders. You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You'll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. Responsibilities

· Confirm client insurance coverage and provide evidence of insurance papers to policyholders

· Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our organization

· Apply appropriate changes to consumer policies based on the information provided

· Respond to incoming calls concerning policy and insurance coverage concerns, as well as customer complaints and general questions

· Track current marketing activities, so you can appropriately respond to insurance-related inquiries with all of the resources at your disposal

· Re-market client's renewal policies amongst our direct carrier appointments

Qualifications

· Previous customer service experience required for this position. Insurance industry experience preferred.

· Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills

· Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software

· Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred

· Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent

Compensation

$35,000 - $45,000 yearly based on experience
