Chord Specialty Dental Partners is Hiring a Remote Contact Center Agent

Overview

Chord Specialty Dental Partners is seeking a skilled Contact Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will assist patients with tasks such as registration, scheduling, and appointment confirmation. 

Pay: $17/hr

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm, Friday 8am - 1:30pm 

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls to assist with scheduling appointments, confirming appointments and addressing any other inquires or concerns in Spanish and English.
  • Navigate systems and databases proficiently to access patient records and appointment details.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve issues or concerns.
  • Effectively navigate our systems and databases to access patient account information.
  • Maintain professionalism while interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet performance metrics related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish is required
  • Previous experience in customer service or contact center role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to multi-task
