Experience: Minimum of 4 years in project management of construction projects in either a residential or commercial setting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage project documentation, schedules, and quality control.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- OSHA Certified.
