We are an award-winning, privately held General Contractor that specializes ground up commercial construction projects as well as industrial, retail, office, and medical projects. We have developed a solid reputation among clients over the past 30 years for offering highly technological construction services in a secure working environment. We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join us in our Tampa Bay Area office.
What You Will Be Doing
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience working on Commercial construction projects
- Organizational skills with the capability to assist with multiple projects varying in size from start to finish
- Ability to work in a face-paced environment while handling various tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to complete projects on time and under budget
- Strong estimating, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to report to office in St. Petersburg
