Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Risk Assessment and Analysis :
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' risk exposures, including property, liability, and business operations.
Analyze clients' current insurance coverage and identify gaps or deficiencies.
Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and provide recommendations for mitigating identified risks.
Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs, financial goals, and risk management preferences.
Provide expert advice on suitable insurance products and coverage options to meet clients' specific requirements.
Explain the features, benefits, and limitations of various insurance policies in clear and understandable terms.
Insurance Solutions and Policy Recommendations :
Develop and present customized insurance proposals and quotes based on clients' risk profiles and coverage needs.
Recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions that align with clients' risk management strategies.
Assist clients in selecting the best insurance policies to adequately protect their assets and mitigate risks.
Requirement
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field; additional certifications or training in insurance and risk management is advantageous.
Experience : Several years of experience in risk assessment, insurance advisory, or a related field, with a strong understanding of insurance products and risk management practices.
Licenses : Must hold relevant state insurance licenses (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life & Health) or be willing to obtain them.
Skills : Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attributes : Client-focused, results-driven, and proactive. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
