Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hip Hop Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hip hop dance, a passion for teaching, and the ability to engage and motivate students. The Hip Hop Dance Instructor will be responsible for teaching classes, developing choreography, and fostering a positive and energetic classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct hip hop dance classes for various age groups and skill levels.
• Develop engaging and age-appropriate choreography for classes, performances, and recitals.
• Provide individual and group instruction to help students improve their technique and performance skills.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Encourage students to develop their creativity and self-expression through dance.
• Prepare students for performances, competitions, and recitals.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions with students, parents, and staff.
• Stay updated with current hip hop dance trends and techniques.
• Attend staff meetings, studio events, and professional development opportunities as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Hip Hop Dance Instructor, with a strong portfolio of performances and choreography.
• Extensive knowledge of hip hop dance techniques and styles.
• Excellent teaching and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages and skill levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other instructors and studio staff.
• Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Background check clearance (required).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.06 - $19.04 per hour
