We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tumbling Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics or tumbling, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to helping students achieve their goals. As a Tumbling Instructor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring the safety of all participants, and contributing to a positive and energetic learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive tumbling classes for students of various ages and skill levels.
• Instruct and demonstrate proper techniques for a variety of tumbling skills, including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, back handsprings, and more advanced maneuvers.
• Develop individualized progression plans to help students achieve their personal goals and milestones.
• Monitor and ensure the safety of all participants during classes, providing spotting and assistance as needed.
• Foster a positive and encouraging environment, motivating students and building their confidence.
• Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the training area is clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members.
• Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and best practices in the field of tumbling and gymnastics.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a tumbling or gymnastics instructor, coach, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of tumbling techniques and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred).
• Professional certification in gymnastics or tumbling coaching (preferred but not required).
• Physical ability to demonstrate skills and provide hands-on spotting and assistance.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student development.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $17.39 - $20.21 per hour
