Asa Customer Service Representative you will be responsible forproviding exceptional customer service to our clients. Your mainduties will include answering customer inquiries resolvingcomplaints and providing information about our products andservices.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accuratecustomer records and ensuring customersatisfaction.
KeyResponsibilities :
Responding to customerinquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely andprofessional manner
Resolving customercomplaints and issues effectively andefficiently
Providing accurate information aboutour products and services to customers
Maintaining customer records and updating information asneeded
Collaborating with other departments toensure customer needs are met
Identifying andescalating complex customer issues to the appropriate teammembers
Following up with customers to ensuretheir satisfaction and address any additionalconcerns
Keeping uptodate with product knowledgeand company policies to provide accurate information tocustomers
Maintaining a positive andprofessional attitude at all times even in difficultsituations
Striving to meet and exceed customersatisfactiongoals
Qualifications :
Previous customer service experiencepreferred
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities
Ability to work wellunder pressure and handle multiple taskssimultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Officeand other computer applications
Ability to adaptto changing situations and learn new processesquickly
Strong attention to detail andorganizational skills
Ability to workindependently and in a team environment
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekendsif needed
