We are currently seeking Surgical First Assistants who can inject a dose of vitality, passion, and a firm dedication to excellence into our client's team. Our ASC clients require proficient CSFAs who can uphold their longstanding commitment to providing outstanding care in the operating room.
In this capacity, you will operate in fast-paced settings, so we are in search of CSFAs who can immediately adapt. It is imperative that you have finished an ARC/STSA-accredited surgical assisting program and possess certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA). Moreover, an active BLS certification is mandatory.
As an integral part of our client's surgical team, your duties will involve aiding during surgeries, ensuring a sterile and secure surgical setting, and utilizing your knowledge to troubleshoot and offer assistance as required.
Ideally, we are looking for CSFAs with at least 2-5 years of experience in a surgical environment, preferably in an Ambulatory Surgical Center. You should excel under pressure, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and sincerely desire to contribute to an exceptional team.
