Position: Field Marketing Team Lead
Location: New York City

Rate: $40/hr, Maximum 30 hrs/week

We are an organic hydration sports drink for today's athletes to improve PERFORMANCE & RECOVERY before, during & after training hard.

We are organically formulated for rapid rehydration. We combine coconut water, potassium-packed electrolytes & vitamins to provide the hydration you need to RECOVER STRONG!

We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Field Marketing Team Lead to spearhead a team of 10-15 Brand Ambassadors. This role offers a unique opportunity to execute in-store sampling activities at prestigious grocery chains in NYC, from late June to mid-September.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Brand Ambassadors to ensure effective execution of in-store sampling events.
• Coordinate with the team to meet marketing objectives and targets.
• Proficient in using PROMOMASH for tracking and reporting.
• Handle evolving field marketing needs and schedules efficiently.
• Expertise in navigating all five boroughs of NYC in a promo van.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience managing Brand Ambassadors in NYC.
• Proficiency in PROMOMASH software.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for fitness, sports, athletics, and health and wellness.
