Position: RECOVER 180 Hydration Specialist

Salary: $20-26 Per Hour (based on experience) this position is a part-time role

We are an organic hydration sports drink for today's athlete to improve PERFORMANCE & RECOVERY before, during & after training hard.

We are organically formulated for rapid rehydration. We combine coconut water, potassium-packed electrolytes & vitamins to provide the hydration you need to RECOVER STRONG!

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

● Act as an ambassador for the brand by sampling products at key events and in-store demos

● Present a professional appearance and wear specifically required apparel

● Be on-site on time/early for event activations

● Assist in set up and tear down of event/demo site elements

● Engage consumers and share key messages about the product and encourage participation at the activation site to create excitement and a positive experience for consumers

● Enthusiastically create memorable brand experiences for consumers

● Maintain working knowledge of the product in order to be a subject matter expert

● Create a "buzz" to gain consumer attention

● Support retail accounts and help drive sales

● Deliver timely event and demo recaps

Requirements:

● Must be passionate about fitness, sports, athletics, and health and wellness

● Relevant experience in events, promotions, consumer marketing, or community marketing

● Must be able to work weekends and holidays

● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

● Effective organization and planning skills

● Energetic and confident in engaging with consumers

● Enjoy working in a team environment & engaging consumers

● Ability to respond under pressure

● Access to a reliable vehicle

● Physical activity may be required, e.g., setting up promotional materials, comfortably lifting up to 30 lbs, and standing for extended periods

● All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check including driving record, education, employment, and criminal records
