Overview:
We are launching a cutting edge new culinary expression of ultra fine dining, progressive Indian dining in the Chicagoland area. We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of delicious and visually appealing cocktails to our customers. If you have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes
- Ensure all drinks are prepared to the highest quality standards
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide recommendations and suggestions based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations
- Operate cash register or POS system for transactions
- Handle cash and process payments accurately

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, ingredients, and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Experience working in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.63 - $21.23 per hour
