We are creating the most talked about new restaurant opening in the North Shore, and a one of a kind Progressive Indian concept in Chicagoland. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
- Assist with banquet events as needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
