Virtual Coworker is Hiring an Accountant/Bookkeeper for a General Contractor Company in the US (Home Based Part Time) Near Waynesville, CA
· Bookkeeping: Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments in Quickbooks Online. Scan and record/file/organize this documentation in DropBox.
· Reconciliation: Reconcile bank & credit card statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Monitor and track business expenses and ensure compliance with financial policies.
· Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Track and project cash flow needs.
· Vendor Tracking: Track vendor insurance certificates and W-9s, ensuring they are up-to-date before any payments are made.
· Audit Support: Prepare necessary documentation and support the audit process, liaising with auditors as needed. Ensure financial records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
· Administrative: Ad hoc tasks
