We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Adminstrative work, bookkeeping, mail, printing checks, posting payables in Yardi, paperwork tracking, bank deposits, commission logs.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Ensure office is clean, organized, and presentable
- Administrative assistant duties
```Experience```
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Yardi Breeze
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
