We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from maintaining accurate records to preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of accounting principles.
```Duties```
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Process journal entries and maintain general ledger
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Provide support during annual audits
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software (Yardi Breeze)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of debits, credits, and journal entries
- Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Familiarity with tax regulations and financial concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
