The Shift Supervisor assists in maximizing the café / restaurant's operations and profitability by providing service excellence through the supervision of the café / restaurant team.Shift Supervisor Responsibilities Include
- The Shift Supervisor supervises opening and closing procedures when scheduled as the Manager on Duty.
- Upholds all company operational standards to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Creating an excellent service experience for our customers
- Representing the brand positively
- Providing prompt service and quality products
- Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment
- Supervisory Experience in Hospitality or Retail
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service and food quality
- Ability to complete opening and closing of the restaurant on a daily basis
- A knack for providing top-notch interactive service to our customers
- Previous experience in a restaurant/bakery
- Competitive salary: $18.00-$19.00/Hour
