Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Project Manager to join our team. As a Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project objectives
- Create and manage project documentation, such as project charters, risk assessments, and status reports
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or challenges
- Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Software Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Kanban)
- Proficient in project management tools such as VersionOne, Visio, or similar software
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and software development processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SQL or other database technologies
- Previous software development experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,899.63 - $84,180.20 per year
