As of December 31, 2023, Waterfall approximately $12.6 billion in assets under management. Job Description The Total Rewards Analyst will contribute to the development and execution of the total rewards strategy by taking the lead on compensation and benefits administration. In addition, this individual should expect to be involved in projects across the Total Rewards, Corporate Accounting, and Human Resources teams. The team is quickly evolving along with the WAM business and we are looking for high performing individuals who are creative, adept and able to leverage technology to provide innovative solutions. Specific job responsibilities include:Collaborate with the VP of Total Rewards on the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, systems, and tools. Partner with payroll to ensure employee benefit and compensation data are reflected appropriately. Maintain compensation and employee total rewards portals and assist employees with related questions. CompensationProvide support with the global year end compensation process including bonus pool analysis and enhancement of related year-end processes.Generate personalized total rewards statements for employees to illustrate the full value of their compensation and benefits package.Complete and submit subscription and funding documents for fund equity awards and deferred compensation vesting.Provide analytical support to the Finance department for budgeting and forecasting as it relates to Total Rewards.Assist with implementation of a total compensation platform.BenefitsCoordinate day-to-day administration of global benefit programs including invoice processing, COBRA, leave of absence management, vendor management, retirement plans and compliance.Assist with the development and maintenance of employee benefits communication materials including plan documents, employee notices and open enrollment.Assist with the annual benefits benchmarking and renewal process.Coordinate implementation of leave of absence outsourcing. Qualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor’s Degree.3 years in Benefits & Compensation Administration.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) .General HR, Payroll, and/or Accounting knowledge a plus.Experience with Ceridian Dayforce a plus.A customer service driven mindset when assisting employees.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with competing demands.Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal, written, & presentation skills.Self-starter with the ability to multi-task with attention to detail.Motivated, team player, leadership capabilities yet also willing and able to be involved at the detail level of work.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
