Our Company is seeking an organized, self-starter to join our team as an Assistant Case Manager. We need someone who is an effective communicator, incredibly organized, and self-motivated. Our ideal applicant will have experience in case management and/or customer account management. The ability to manage work efficiency and work well with others is a must.Job Summary:The Assistant Case Manager facilitates the efficient operation of job duties by performing a variety of administrative tasks and implementing short and long-range objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Must be outcome-focused with the ability to manage competing demands.
- Possess a strong commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Accurately update and maintain client records.
- Verify and log the receipt of data and obtains any data that is missing.
- Resolves minor problems; seeks assistance from supervisor or other appropriate staff for issues beyond immediate expertise.
- Stay current with emails, messaging systems, and phone calls.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Database Entry Software.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- High school diploma or equivalent years of experience required.
- At least 2 years customer service experience preferred.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
