We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial aspects of the company, providing strategic financial guidance to ensure the organization's financial health and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies in line with company goals
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Oversee accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting
• Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and investment evaluations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements - Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth
• Provide leadership in corporate finance activities such as mergers, acquisitions, or capital raising

Skills:

• Proficiency in IAS (International Accounting Standards) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
• Strong account analysis skills with a focus on financial services
• Ability to assess and manage investment opportunities
• Experience in risk analysis and mitigation strategies
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements in the finance industry
• Background in corporate finance with expertise in business development
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
