Job Summary Arch is seeking a proactive, hands-on, and results-driven individual to join our team as Internal Audit (“IA”) Manager. As part of Arch's Global IA team, the Manager will be responsible for collaborating with Global IA leaders to develop the team’s data analytics and automation strategy. In addition, the Manager will be responsible for partnering with Global IA leaders to implement data analytics and automation “use cases” to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Arch’s IA/SOX and continuous monitoring efforts. The Manager will have both the opportunity and responsibility to build direct relationships with senior business and technology leaders. Responsibilities Analytics & Automation Strategy Development: Establish an IA Analytics & Automation Strategy, inclusive of key initiatives and required resources for required implementation. Analytics & Automation Strategy Implementation: Partner with IA leaders and team members to: Identify opportunities and lead efforts to automate aspects of IA activities, spanning both internal audit and SOX efforts. Employ data analytic tools, programming languages, and big data technologies to identify, extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets for audit and SOX purposes. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and converting these insights into actionable recommendations for the IA team and / or stakeholders. Design and produce impactful data visualizations to facilitate decision-making and communicate findings effectively for both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborative Teamwork: Lead the Data Analytics team while working closely with Audit / SOX teams, IT professionals, and business stakeholders across the organization to understand their analytics needs and deliver tailored solutions. Professional Development & Knowledge Sharing: Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and leading practices to enable the Global IA team to remain at the forefront of applying analytics and automation. Education and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field 5 years of experience in data analytics, data / process mining, data visualization, programming languages, big data technologies, or a related role Demonstrated experience in performing data analytics and also in building a strategic, high-impact data analytics program within internal audit Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Alteryx, Power Automate) Familiarity with data visualization and dashboarding tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Experience with big data technologies, such as Snowflake, is a plus Strong organizational and project management skills and a keen attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and impactful manner Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment alongside industry trends Collaborative team player with a commitment to achieving excellence #LI-AT1 #LI-remote For individuals assigned or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, NJ; New York State; and/or Washington State, the base salary range is listed below. This range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible. $148,614 - $201,066/year Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
