Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or minimum one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, including: ADA, ADEA, FMLA, OSHA, worker's compensation, wage and hour law, hiring practice and EEO compliance
Experience with processing payroll and payroll reporting
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to maintain confidentiality in daily operations
Above average computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with Workday and ISeries
Experience in a union facility preferred
