The Operations Manager in Home care agency must have passion for senior cares. Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Agency, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively. The overall goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the Agency’s operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success. The Manager oversees operational and financial aspects of the Agency, ensuring relevant key financial performance indicators are met and operational goals are achieved. The Manager creates, fosters, and promotes a professional environment and culture of engagement. Along with the Agency’s Chief Executive Officer, the Manager provides strategic direction and leadership, to ensure employee engagement, retention and client satisfaction and loyalty. The Manager must be able to work independently as well as in the team. The Manager will be able to represent the owner to make sure all activities are going smoothly and compliant. Must be able to and willing to wear all hats including working as the on-call caregiver when needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Position Responsibilities:
· Organize and oversee the performance of department managers and provide constructive feedback for improvement
· Conduct annual performance evaluations that are timely and constructive by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
· Handle corrective action and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with Agency policy
· Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines and standards by which the Agency’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated and then Identify opportunities for improvement
· Manage the Agency’s Profit and Loss and report the financial and operation status to Agency Owners on a monthly basis
· Oversee all departments, ensuring each is reaching goals set by departmental and Agency leadership
· Plan, direct, control, implement, evaluate, monitor and forecast budgets and cost of services in each division to achieve financial objectives
· Partner with client management personal to create, foster and maintain optimal client services, satisfaction and loyalty.
· Must be able to and willing to wear all hats including working as the on-call caregiver when needed.
· The operation manager tasks are including all the administrative tasks.
