Essential Functions:

???? Serve as the Manager on Duty, overseeing all departments and keeping the magic flowing seamlessly.
???? Delegate and monitor daily tasks for our front-line heroes.
???? Lead and motivate our team to deliver exemplary customer service.
???? Uphold health and safety standards with a sprinkle of magic!
??????? Manage queues and guest flow like a true wizard.
???? Respond efficiently to guest concerns and keep the communication flowing between departments.

Coordinate Training of Front-line Hosts:

???? Organize enchanting training sessions and empower our team to deliver outstanding service.
???? Keep records as pristine as a fairy-tale castle.
???? Ensure our team members shine bright like stars in guest interactions.

Support Food and Beverage: ????? When not managing, dive into supporting your department with training, stocking, and more!

Education and Experience:
