```Overview```

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the restaurant by managing all aspects of the business, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance.

```Duties```

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

- Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction

- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed

- Create employee schedules and monitor labor costs

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

- Collaborate with the kitchen and sushi chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control and ordering.

- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Experience in bartending and beverage service

- Proven ability in shift management and leading staff members

- Excellent kitchen management skills, including food production and quality control

- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team building and employee development

- Solid understanding of financial management principles, including adhering to provided budgets and cost control

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in hospitality management or food service management is preferred
