Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix West - Tolleson is in search of Part-Time Guest Service Representatives & Part-Time Night Auditors to join our team at a new hotel where our standards are high, and we reward hard work and dedication. Our Guest Services Representatives & Night Auditors are responsible for setting the standard of excellence by ensuring our customers are well taken care of during the check-in/check-out process and responding to their needs while displaying professionalism in all situations. Hospitality experience is preferred but not required, and we will provide on-the-job training to individuals serious about a long-term role in the industry. Responsibilities :

· Conduct guest check-ins/check-outs and process payments.

· Conduct the daily audit and reconciliation of all financial transactions, including guest folios, cash handling, credit card transactions, and accounts receivable.

· Verify the accuracy of guest accounts, charges, and credits, and rectify any discrepancies promptly.

· Generate detailed reports summarizing the hotel's financial activity during shift.

· Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

· Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring surveillance cameras, performing security checks, and following established procedures.

· Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to address any operational needs.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation of all activities during shift.

· Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule & overnight shifts for Night Auditor role.

· Experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry.

· Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to handle financial transactions accurately.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

· Proficient computer skills, including experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and accounting software.

· Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.

· Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Demonstrate reliability and punctuality, with a track record of consistently meeting work schedules and deadlines.

· High level of integrity and ethical conduct, maintaining confidentiality, and handling financial transactions with honesty and discretion.

· Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues from different departments to achieve common goals.
