Professional Objective: To perform all aspects of the position with precision and excellence, from scheduling appointments, follow-up calls, Check-in and Check-out and provide exceptional client interaction. The objective is to deliver a lasting positive guest impression, leading to a great guest experience and maintain client relationsip. Each person within this department must oversee the reception area and maintain the Medical Spa/Spa boutique to ensure a beautiful presentation and profitability and to maximize and achieve department and individual revenue targets.

An exciting opportunity at Better Me Medical Spa and Wellness Center!

This permanent full-time (40 hours per week) position is in our brand-new Boca Raton, Florida, facility. The candidate must currently reside within a reasonable distance and have reliable transportation. Personal interest in beauty, aesthetics, fitness, and wellness is a must.

Position Activities and Responsibilities:

• Provide upscale guest service experience for clients
• Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
• Answer all incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in
• Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including payment transactions
• Participate in marketing and social media campaigns
• Ensure all new client paperwork is complete and make updates/changes as needed
• Daily follow up calls to prospective clients and current clients regarding post-service/treatment, follow-up appointments, and promotional events
• Actively listen to and resolve complaints
• Ensure special guests receive personalized services
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve client concerns
• Inform clients of our promotional offers and add-on services as well as products sold at the spa
• Liaise with aestheticians and medical practitioners to provide an overall comfortable guest experience
• Complete daily duties and administrative tasks
• Analyze customer feedback and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
• Establish professional and personable relationships with clients

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• · Experience in front-line guest service is required (Medical Spa highly desired)
• · Associate or Bachelor Degree
• · Computer skills and aptitude for mastering Medical Spa Software
