Night Shift (9pm-7am) Monday-Thursday

Training on 1st Shift REQUIRED for 1st 2 weeks

BRIEF SUMMARY OF ROLE:

Maintains and keeps production machinery operating properly

MAIN FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Maintain & Repair production machinery

2. Disassembles the equipment and repairs/replaces the necessary parts.

3. Test the machine following a repair to ensure repair is complete

4. Perform Preventive & Predictive maintenance as required

5. Follow blueprints and engineering specifications in the process of making repairs

6. Responsible for maintaining a clean work area

7. Responsible for cleaning work area after completing a repair to any equipment

8. ISO 9001, 14001 and Environmental, Health and Safety Compliance

· Operators all equipment in the prescribed manner

· Reports all safety concerns to Supervisor / HS&E Manager

· Maintain awareness of company policies

· Maintain awareness if company objectives for ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 and 45001

· Support the Company’s continuous improvement initiatives

9. Complete all tasks as assigned by Supervisor

10. Perform LOTO requirements

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• Electrical and electronics
• Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in production environment, a minimum of 1 – 3 years
• Mechanical and electrical experience and or skills / Multi-craft
• Experience working with PLC & Industrial Equipment controls
• Proficient with MS Office.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job. The employee is exposed to mechanical and electrical parts. The employee is rarely exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate or moderate to high if in a factory/warehouse facility.
