Civil-Mechanical Contractor is Hiring a Project Administrator Near Aiea, HI

Company Information:

*Civil-Mechanical Contractor is a local general engineering construction firm that works on Hawaii's government projects. The company specializes in mechanical construction such as water, wastewater and large HVAC projects.

*The company is heavily supported with an Ohana, team-oriented spirit encouraging quality mentorship and growth.

Tasks:

*Work with company project management system to input, track and secure project contract documents, materials and equipment. Conscientiously manage the system for the efficient procurement, release and delivery of materials to meet projected schedules.

*Communicate frequently with team members to delivery real-time status updates

*Expeditiously lead owners, subcontractors and suppliers or shipping vendors to timely produce critical information, documents, equipment and/or material with active phone and email communication.

*Procure and process in-coming reports, for payroll/accounting support and to check on project documentation accuracy.

Skills:

*Shown to have a keen sense of logistic awareness and attention to detail

*Very strong organizational and quick problem-solving skills

*Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written

*Works with a high level of energy and engagement for the efficient completion of construction projects

*Is an experienced self-directed team player

*Proficient at computer skills (Microsoft Office/MS Excel)

*General bookkeeping experience; QuickBooks proficiency a plus

Education:

*BS/BA or relevant work experience in a general engineering construction company
