Genesis of Milford is opening a brand new Sales and Service Dealership dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality automotive maintenance and repair services. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Automotive Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service management, a thorough understanding of the parts department, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
:
Oversee the daily operations of the service and parts departments
Manage and lead a team of service technicians, advisors, and parts personnel
Ensure the efficient scheduling and completion of automotive repairs and maintenance
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of automotive parts
Develop and implement strategies to maximize departmental profitability
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall dealership performance
Qualifications
:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and technology
Proficient in computerized systems for service and parts management
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and performance targets
Education
:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
