We address barriers to employment, support, and train individuals, and place them into a sustainable job for retention. Cornerstone utilizes whole family engagement to build strong parental/child relationships.
Job Description
The Program Coordinator will oversee the coordination and daily activities involved with managing the program. Activities such as regular interaction with program participants to assist in completing the program as well as developing monthly events that create engagement. It is important to build relationships, encourage, support, and motivate participants to achieve goals. There will be weekly updates and check ins to ensure high level performance and organizational alignment with overall program goals. This in-person position is a full-time 40 (forty) hour per week position. The Program Coordinator will manage Lake, Seminole, Sumter, Polk, and Volusia – case managers.
Requirements
· Bilingual or Creole
· Your own working transportation with insurance coverage
· Current driver’s license
