Western Diesel Services Inc is Hiring a Warranty Administrator Near St Louis, MO
100% onsite in St. Louis, MO.
CK Power is looking for a Warranty Administrator at our St. Louis, MO location. The Warranty Administrator is responsible for complete management of the warranty claim process between CK Power and our suppliers. You will review and process all claims regarding defects in material and/or workmanship.
What You’ll Do:
- Review service and parts tickets for warranty status.
- File claims with vendors and close service and warranty tickets.
- Register new products with vendors to initiate warranty coverage.
- Assist dealer partners with questions concerning warranty coverage and processes.
- Act as liaison between dealers and vendors when required.
- Process credits received for warranty and write-up credits for accounting department.
- At times, you may need to provide suggestions for repair options under warranty or to help locate dealers for customers.
- Negotiate settlements with manufacturers for compensation outside normal policies.
- File for extended warranty on products.
- Participate in failure analysis and write up quality deficiency reports.
What You’ll Need:
- 2-3 years of experience with diesel engines and generators.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding of basic accounting functions.
- Strong customer service skills and ethical conduct.
- Strong communication proficiency, both verbally and in writing.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and planning skills.

- Relevant trade or advanced schooling a plus.
