The Role:
You will play a key role in the HR management of our organization. Working closely with our leadership team, our consultants, and our external payroll firm, you will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations. This position requires a strong understanding of HR principles and attention to detail. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, financial policies and procedures.
