Our team is currently seeking a HR Recruiting and Retention Specialist to support our Health and Human Services customers on a two-year contract that is likely to be re-issued several times upon successful performance.

This individual will be asked to plan large scale recruiting efforts and assist in building an Applicant Tracking System. Recruiting may require some travel to career fairs, speaking at classes, or other similar paths that may be more effective. Retention tasking may include developing relationships with County staff, evaluating the current retention efforts and providing recommendations for improvement, planning staff events, as well as conducting retention surveys and retention meetings with new and current staff.

This position would be working in parallel with six other IntelliSys employees embedded within the same program, supporting similar tasking. These individuals will be expected to work together closely and support each other if/when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in either a Human Resources, Human Services, or Business Field
• 2 years working experience on recruiting and retention programs

Preferred:

• Experience in Child Welfare or other social service field.
• Social Media and Recruitment Platform experience.
• Must be detail-oriented and an effective communicator (written and spoken)
• Must be able to multi-task and demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Must be able to obtain FBI fingerprinting and pass various background checks.
• Must have vehicle and have no limitations to travel.
• Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
