**Job Title: Restaurant Manager**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record in managing upscale dining establishments. This role is critical in ensuring that our members receive top-tier service and that our dining facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Operations Management:**
- Oversee daily operations of all dining venues, including the main dining room, casual dining areas, and event spaces.
- Ensure all dining areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure the availability of necessary items.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
2. **Staff Management:**
- Recruit, train, and supervise all restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff.
- Develop work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels for all shifts.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance staff skills and performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
3. **Member Experience:**
- Ensure that all members and their guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
- Address and resolve any member complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and engagement.
- Plan and execute special events, private parties, and club functions in coordination with the events team.
4. **Compliance and Safety:**
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain all necessary permits and licenses for food and beverage operations.
- Implement and oversee safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a private club or upscale dining environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial operations.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $25.00/hour.
