Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, achieving targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Sales Representative at Hiraya Consulting, you will focus on:
- Sales Presentations and Negotiation: Conduct product presentations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals to effectively position products or services as solutions.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales and management to align strategies and goals. Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, resources, and best practices for collective success.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
