Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer information in the database
- Analyze customer needs to recommend products or services that best fit their requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Upsell products or services to increase sales
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (additional languages such as Spanish is a plus)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Experience in outbound calling and customer service roles preferred
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous
