**Overview:**

We are seeking a Part Time Overnight Front Desk Agent to join our team. The position will be 3 nights per week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Check guests in and out efficiently

- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department

- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions

- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly

- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records

- Assist with night audit procedures as needed

**Experience:**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Experience in guest relations or hospitality management

- Knowledge of hotel operations and phone systems

- Familiarity with night audit processes

- Strong guest service orientation

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
