Position: Part-Time Sushi Chef

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes, ensuring the freshest ingredients are used, and maintaining a clean and efficient workstation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef (Experience preferred, but not required)

• Knowledge of various sushi rolls and traditional Japanese cuisine

• Ability to handle and prepare raw fish safely

• Attention to detail and creativity in presentation

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Schedule: Flexible

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards

• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders efficiently

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
