Human Resources Compliance Coordinator Position Overview

The Human Resource Compliance Coordinator will assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of initiatives to ensure Outworx Group and it’s family of companies are compliant with federal, state, city and county laws.

Human Resources Compliance Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Provide high-data driven reports with trend analysis and evaluation for recommendations on potential risk mitigation
  • Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed
  • Work with applicable teams to create and implement new and revised processes and system enhancements to ensure compliance with federal, state, county and city employment
  • Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the impact of these changes on organizational processes
  • Review and audit I-9 documentation via E-Verify to ensure full compliance across the organization
  • Track HR compliance KPIs utilizing HRIS system and other analytic tools to ensure goals and standards are being met
  • Coach and train applicable teams ensuring that they understand the importance of following compliance procedures
  • Other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission and abide by our organizational values

Human Resources Compliance Coordinator Requirements

  • Associate's degree in human resources or related field and or relevant experience
  • PHR credential preferred
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite with advanced level Excel skills
  • Must have experience using ADP Workforce Now including reporting, analytics and auditing functions
  • At least two years of related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Working understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • 25% travel within the US required
