Position Overview
The Payroll Manager is responsible for managing the company’s payroll multi-state function, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with company policy and government regulations. This person will oversee the daily workflow of the payroll department and process weekly and bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 600 employees. The successful candidate will have extensive payroll management experience, and strong analytical and organizational skills, and will champion an atmosphere of trust, collaboration, and innovation. This position will report to the SVP of People Operations and interface frequently with Human Resources and Finance departments.
