Movn Health is Hiring a Director, Member Growth Near New York, NY

Job Overview

The Sr Director, Member Growth will be responsible for crafting and executing a long-term strategy to drive member adoption and accelerate enrollment rates for patients with recent heart-related events. You will own creative development of marketing communications designed to generate awareness for Movn Health’s product offerings, and get members signed up and set up for success. You will identify growth opportunities outside of our current channels and will develop test strategies to ensure that new initiatives have a positive ROI for the business. You will also oversee the creation of GTM playbooks for member outreach. Through this role you will have the opportunity to create awareness and provide more patients access to the life-saving benefits of cardiac rehab and help fulfill the company’s mission.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive long-term strategy of outbound, inbound and near-bound approaches to drive member adoption and accelerate enrollment rates for patients with recent heart-related events.
  • Create and maintain a unified tracking and measurement system to assess effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities outside of current channels and develop test strategies to ensure positive ROI for new initiatives.

Growth Optimization

  • Optimize outreach strategies to drive program awareness and trial, including call center-based member outreach approaches.
  • Build repeatable, metrics-driven processes around customer acquisition and enrollment growth.
  • Partner with operational teams to identify capacity constraints and develop streamlined solutions.
  • Create and work with a provided budget to drive ROI in line with company goals.

GTM Playbook Creation

  • Lead the creation of go-to-market (GTM) playbooks for member outreach, ensuring they are comprehensive and effective in achieving enrollment targets.
  • Regularly update and refine GTM playbooks based on performance metrics and feedback.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze marketing analytics to understand factors driving enrollment rates, such as lead age, frequency, creative execution, and list attributes.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates and ROI, to ensure marketing campaigns are meeting or exceeding goals.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Act as a player-coach, providing hands-on support and guidance to the team while also driving strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5 years of experience with direct marketing to consumers; healthcare or regulated industry is preferred. Direct marketing experience must include developing email, direct mail, video, collateral, and digital campaigns to drive acquisition, with strong knowledge of email and direct mail marketing best practices.
  • 3 years’ experience managing a team.
  • 7 years of experience driving rapid enrollment growth, some healthcare or regulated industry experience.
  • Proven track record of building repeatable, metrics-driven processes around customer acquisition.
  • Experience optimizing outreach strategies to drive program awareness and trial
  • Experience in working with call center-based member outreach approaches is a plus
  • Proven ability to understand marketing analytics, including the factors that drive enrollment rate such as lead age, frequency, creative execution and other list attributes
  • Ability to partner with operational teams to identify capacity constraints and create streamlined solutions.
  • Strong project management and presentation skills
